LRN-38561 - Recommendations Tile - If a peer recommends a course and adds a message, the peer message will appear at the back of the item instead of the course description, the course description is not displayed in the recommendations Tile.

The expected behavior is:

If recommender(s) include a message when making a Peer Recommendations, then the comment(s) from the recommender(s) will be displayed on the reverse side of the card.
If no message is available then the course description will be displayed.
