2690135 - Error Message: Threshold not maintained for company 1000 and material 1234567890

After you executed FIFO Cost Determination run, you get the error message: Threshold not maintained for company 1000 and material 1234567890

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Inventory Valuation work center.
2. Go to Periodic Tasks -> FIFO Cost Determination view.
3. Show all FIFO Cost Determination Runs and search for the erroneous Run ID.

In the Messages tab you will see the error message: Threshold not maintained for company 1000 and material 1234567890

Threshold valus are not maintained in the Business Configuration activity: Threshold Values for FIFO.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Overview view.
3. Open activity: Threshold Values for FIFO

You have to setup rules in the following table in a similar fashion:

The mandatory inputs are Company ID, Upper Threshold and Lower Threshold.

    4.  Click on Save and Close after maintaining the necessary rules.

You now have to re-execute the FIFO Cost Determination run with the same selection parameters. You can see the run has been executed successfully without errors.
