2690300 - A Material flagged for Deletion at a Storage Location can still be assigned to a Maintenance / Service Order

Symptom

A Maintenance / Service Order is created and a Material that has been flagged for deletion is assigned to the Order. If the Storage Location field is left blank, the Order can be saved without any Warning / Error message raised
