2690515 - Hide/Disable the Award One-Time Payment button in Spot Bonus Portlet

Is it possible to disable the Award One-Time Payments button under Pay Component Non Recurring (sometimes called as Spot Bonus) section in People Profile and retain the functionality from Take Action menu?

Check: Permission is granted to Award One-Time Payments.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Login to the system
2. From the Home dropdown, select Employee File
3. Go to Compensation > Pay Component Non Recurring section.
4. Award One-Time Payments button is displayed

Currently, it is not possible to hide/remove the Award One-Time Payments button under Pay Component Non Recurring in PP3 as it is tied to the same permission from the Take Action menu. If this is a business requirement, you can raise an enhancement request for this or vote to an existing request in the SAP Successfactors Influence Community.
