2690592 - Deleting Contacts that were created/imported via OData Service

• Wants to delete contacts using "Flag Contacts for Deletion" Job with giving a Communication aArangement user (ex. CC0000000010) as the job selection parameter.
• However, using these users, the system doesn't find any contacts to flag for deletion.

SAP Hybris Marketing Cloud – SAP Marketing Cloud

1. Marketing Application Jobs.
2. Choose "Flag Contacts for Deletion" job.
3. Choose User as one of the Communication User (ex. CC0000000010).
4. Schedule and run the job.
5. No contacts as a result.

Anything that gets imported or uploaded via Odata service will have created user as 'SAP_SYSTEM'.

• Only the contacts that are created manually will have created user as corresponding user. 
• Please use Origin of Contact or other parameters to flag contacts for deletion.
