2690691 - Duplicate CL_XCLA_CPEC_SURCHARGE_T resulted in failed XCLAS in LONGPOST.LOG after SUM execution

Symptom

There are errors reported by SUM in LONGPOST.LOG related to phase XPRAS_AIMMRG after an upgrade/System conversion to S/4HANA. Example below:
