Why the changes I've done on my job requisition are not replicated on the job boards?

You have modified your offer, but you cannot find the new version on targeted job boards.

There can be different reasons for this to happen:

• Ability of the job board to modify an offer after it has been posted: some job boards will keep your offer in its initial version until it expires or is deleted. No modifications will be accepted.
• Job boards have not retrieved the new information yet: depending on job boards, the feed with the new information is retrieved at different times: some job boards can get them every 15 minutes, when others will only do it once a day. In general, the modifications should be applied within the next 24 hours, if accepted by the job board.
• Job boards have received the new information but have not validated it yet: even if job boards are in possession of the changes you made, some of them manually validate them beforehand. They are generally verifying if the content is compliant with labor laws.
• Modifications done in Recruiting Management have not been validated in Recruiting Posting (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2862186).

If your modifications are not shown on the job boards after 24 hours, you can create an SAP Launchpad ticket for the Customer Support to investigate further. Also, Support can provide information about the frequency and time of job postings transmission to different job boards.

If you modify your job requisition in Recruiting Management and on your career site, please follow SAP Knowledge Base Article 2862186 to have modifications processed by Recruiting Posting and transmitted to job boards.
