2690927 - Project dashboard displays project number in place of project name

Symptom

  1. You open a project in a certain logon language (e.g. English). You can see that a project name is displayed OK for the project.
  2. With the same logon language, you look at the entry for this project in the project dashboard. In column "Project (Description)" you see the project number instead of the project name.
