2690991 - Error 5400 Invalid type 64 in column of type 32 at udiv during consistency check

Symptom

Running CALL CHECK_TABLE_CONSISTENCY () with "check" option results in ERROR_CODE: 5400 and ERROR_MESSAGE:

Invalid lob type 64 in column of type 32 at udiv xxxxx and rowid xxxxx

During consistency checks several rows seems to have issues with invalid lob type showing in the output result similar to below:
