2691051 - Account Creation Calendar Run includes Terminated Employees


Terminated employees are included when running or simulating Account Creation calendar in Manage Time Off Calendars

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Admin Center Manage Time Off Calendars.

2. Click New Calendar button and select Account Creation.

3. In New Calendar: Account Creation screen, make the following entries/selection:

a. Name: Enter any meaningful name for your account creation calendar

b. Time Account Type: Select the relevant time account type for which the time accounts needs to be created

c. Start Date / End Date: Enter the inclusive dates for the calendar period where time accounts are to be created

4. Click Save and Simulate button to create the account creation calendar and execute a simulation at the same time.

5. Go to Admin Center > Execution Manager Dashboard or Monitor Job and check the details/log for the time account change calendar simulation/run.

Terminated employees are still included in the calendar simulation/run and accounts are created for the user.


This is an expected system behavior.

Account Creation calendar run will include inactive employees if Time Profile is still assigned in their job information.

To exclude terminated/inactive employees from account creation calendar runs, remove the time information by inserting a data change record after the termination record in their job information.
