2691072 - What is the expected behavior when an added cascading question on requisition was deleted on question library

What is the expected behavior when deleting a cascaded question on the question library which was already added on a requisition

1. Add a cascading question on a job requisition
2. Go to Admin Center > Question libraries > then delete the cascading question
3. Go back to the job requisition then verify that the parent question does exist, however, the child question is gone

As per current system design, sub question count details are populated from question library to job requisition whenever loading job requisition details page and the cascading questions "expand/collapse" button also appeared based on sub question count.

This is currently an expected behavior that if there's a deleted cascading question from the Question Library that was already added on a job requisition, then it will not able to get the sub questions count from library when loading job requisition details and the parent question will only be displayed in job requisition.
