2691081 - How to customize the Name format displayed on PP3 header

The PP3 header displays the Employee's name as First name + Middle Name + Last name by default(for locale en_US). Can this be customized?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - All Versions

1. Navigate to an Employee's profile
2. The desired configuration is to display First Name + Preferred name + Last Name on the PP3 header

1. Enable Name format in Provisioning
2. Go to Manage data page, create “Name format” object records

3. Choose the created Name Format on Configure People profile page

4. Save the configuration and you would see the user's name on header displaying the name in the desired name format
