2691111 - Unable to delete service entry sheet

Symptom

Once Service Entry Sheet line item is deleted or modified after the initial creation, it cannot be sent back for approval. 

Environment

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition all

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create Service Entry Sheet using Manage Service Entry Sheet app
  2. Service Entry Sheet is approved
  3. Revoke the approval of Service Entry Sheet
  4. Delete or modify Service Entry Sheet items
  5. Service Entry Sheet cannot be sent back for approval again

Cause

This is standard system behavior.

Resolution

You can ignore this Service Entry Sheet and start the process again starting with the Time Sheet. Correct the records on the Time Sheet and execute the job "Automatic Creation of Service Entry Sheets from Time Recording". A new Service Entry Sheet should be created for approval.
