2691155 - You are not authorized to use transaction ME15

Symptom

When trying to flag a Purchasing Info Record for deletion, in the S/4Hana Public Cloud, the system raises error message 'You are not authorized to use transaction ME15'.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Call the webgui tile 'Change Purchasing Info record'(ME12).
  2. From the initial screen choose Menu > Info Record > Flag for Deletion. 
  3. The error 'You are not authorized to use transaction ME15' is raised

Resolution

The deletion in ME12 is not supported for Public Cloud.

Use the APP 'Manage Purchasing Info Records' to delete Info records.
