What is SAP offical average response time for API?

As API response time is mostly affected by local environment. Every customer's local environment is different. It's difficult to calculate an objective value. So far, there is no official document can be provided to answer what is official average response time for API.
There is a best practice to reduce API response time. We always suggest customers to turn off "OData API Audit Log". But please note that if you turn off the feature, the audit log will not be recorded.
How to turn off above feature: Please go to Admin Center -> API Center -> Select "Audit Log Settings" then turn off the "OData API Audit Log".
