2691201 - /SCWM/SBUP not updating max weight & volume from bin type

Symptom

During mass upload of storage bin data with transaction /SCWM/SBUP, the max weight amd max volume fields are not populated in the upload file. You expect the system to find and fill the relevant data from the storage bin type, however this does not happen and the fields MAX_WEIGHT and MAX_VOLUME are left blank in the newly created storage bins.
