Inactive status is showing on Role-Based Permission Roles.

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Manage Permission Roles;
3. There is a permission role with status "INACTIVE":

This may be due to this permission role does not have any group or user configured for the role.

This is an expected behavior of the system that occurs because no group or user is set up inside that role.
