What is the expected behavior when running courses via Collection?

Successfactors Learning Management System (LMS)

When clicking a course from collection, it opens a new tab (with native URL) where you will have the option to assign or start the course. Same behavior is observed via BizX and native URL and was confirmed by Product Management Team to be a standard behavior.

As collections contains multiple entities including external links they open always in a new window and allowing for multiple constituents to be opened simultaneously without losing context of the collection. It is a similar case with admin, whether it is during creation or review.
