2691696 - Values Missing in Stacked Column Chart

Symptom

You are running a report in Stacked Column chart view, and enabled the "Display Values" function. However, some values are not displayed in the Bar region.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
  2. Go to Design Reports view.
  3. Open the report XYZ.
  4. Select the desired report view and selection.
  5. Show the results in Stacked Column chart.
  6. Enable the function Display Value.

you notice some values are not displayed in the Bar region.

Cause

When the displayed value is bigger than the column width and doesn't fit horizontally in it, the value will then be hidden.

Resolution

This behavior is designed to avoid values to overlap with others by transposing one bar to other.
