2692163 - Unloading point determination when creating sales order with IDOC

Symptom

When multiple unloading points exist for the customer, VA01 shows a selection pop-up so a user can choose the desired unloading point. When the sales order is created via inbound ORDERS IDoc, no selection pop-up is shown. The sales order created by IDoc always takes the first unloading point maintained for the ship-to party.
