How to check who posts the Journal Entry Voucher?

1. Go to General Ledger Work Center.
2. Go to Journal Entries View.
3. Go to Journal Entry Vouchers Sub view.
4. Open Journal Entry Voucher ABC.

Here can see the 'Created By' field, however the 'Posted By' field is missing in the Journal Entry Voucher.

The 'Posted By' field in this view is currently not available, instead the system provides another field 'Journal Entry Created By' in the related Journal Entry as a reference.

When open the related the Journal Entry DEF of the Journal Entry Voucher ABC, in personalzsation mode, it's possible to add fields like 'Created By' or 'Journal Entry Created By'.

'Created By' field lists the user who has created the source document - in this case it's a Journal Entry Voucher(JEV) but can be any source document.

'Journal Entry Created By' field lists the user who posted the document - this could be the same user, or a different user.

It's possible to check the related user IDs in a financial report. In the Journal Report, add two views "Created By" and "Source Document Created By".

"Created By" shows the person who actually posts the Journal Entry Voucher which also means who posts the Journal Entry.

"Source Document Created By" shows the person who creates the source document, in this case, it refers to the Journal Entry Voucher.
