2692577 - Object not found in lookup of tc~bl~deploy_controller : CTS+ to AS JAVA deployment issue

Deployment to the Non-ABAP system (SAP NetWeaver Application Server for JAVA) from the CTS+ /nSTMS does not work and the below error is logged in the traces:

[NameNotFoundException],cause=[Object not found in lookup of tc~bl~deploy_controller.]
Error during deployment (ConnectionException): [ERROR CODE DPL.DCAPI.1118] NameNotFoundException.The SAP J2EE ENGINE service 'tc~bl
~deploy_controller' is not available because of deployment or down engine( service ).
Reason: Object not found in lookup of tc~bl~deploy_controller.
