2692683 - Code List Restriction Not Working In Outlook Server-Side Add-In

You created a code list restriction for a field in the Quick Create of Contacts and is working properly on the C4C system. In the Outlook Server Side Add-In the same code list restriction is not working.

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Cloud for Customer Outlook Add-In does not support code list restriction.

Code list restriction and any KUT changes are not supported in the add-in as they work on the Cloud for Customer UI layer only.

This is a system behavior.
