Reproducing the Issue
Cause
E-Verify notified SAP SuccessFactors that there is an unplanned outage that will impact production systems today starting 12:50 PM Eastern time, September 11, 2018.
Reminder
The Department of Homeland Security has asked us to provide the following announcements:
The PRODUCTION Environment of the E-VERIFY System (not the STAGE system) is currently offline due to unplanned outage. We regret any inconvenience these interruptions may cause to your business processes.
This list includes emails of all E-VERIFY POC's. If you want to be added to or removed from this list please contact your program administrator.
Resolution
This KBA will be updated with the appropriate information as soon as additional information is received from USA Department of Homeland Security.

UPDATE - 12/Sep/18 11:25 AM EST
- E-Verify provided an update via their system announcement that their operations resumed after a significant unplanned outage
- For customers, kindly clear internet browser's cache and history before accessing candidates activity to avoid errors
- E-Verify adviced that verification who experienced longer waiting time for the result to remain within 24 hours before obtaining candidates activity for the result
