2692779 - BW-IP: The values are not equally disaggregated by the disggregation function

The planning query uses disaggregation function. The values are not equally disaggregated by the disggregation function.

Example:

You enter 20 for the Total value and expect Jan and Feb to both get 10 by disaggregation function.
