2692861 - Dark shadow on the header background image in people profile

When uploading a new background image in the header section of people profile the image is darker than the orginal file.

BizX Enviroment

1. Navigate to Employee profile 
2. Select header -> edit background image
3. Upload the new image from your desktop
4. See that the image displayed in the profile (Right) is darker than the orignal image (Left)

The SuccessFactors UX design is that because any arbitrary background image can be chosen by the end-user for the PP3 header,

This header is given this 50% translucent black overlay and then white/light-ish color is hard-coded for the text that lays on top of the black overlay.

This gives the effect that the end-user can see their background image, but only 50% of it from a brightness perspective, and then the PP3 header text is displayed in white/light-ish color on top of that.

Advice from engineers is to change the background image to be as bright as possible, but the 50% translucency of the black overlay will only get to a certain point in seeing the background image without being affected by the overlay.

As per system design. The dark shadow is part of the functionality of the page to not cause the text in the header hidden by the colors from the uploaded image.
