2692971 - SAP SuccessFactors Known Issues for the 1H 2026 Release

This document provides dynamic search links to the top-reported known issues for the 1H 2026 release. In the spirit of transparency and mutual success, we sincerely appreciate your partnership as we, together, identify and report the status of issues associated with these releases.

To use:
Click the Product Area you would like to see a list of Known Error KBAs for, and it will take you to the SAP Support Launchpad search results of Known Error articles for the 1H 2025 release of that Product Area. Click "ALL SuccessFactors" to see a complete list.

Please note:

• While the Known Error KBAs are updated as often as possible, there may be certain issues that are not included due to miscellaneous conflicts. Please note that if resolving an issue causes a usability or functional change, the new experience will be documented in applicable implementation guides in the SAP Help Portal.
• Not all Known Errors will be included in the Known Issues search link lists because Known Errors can be created at any point during a product's lifecycle. To find out how to search for Known Error KBAs go to SAP Product Support introduces a new KBA Category: Known Error
• If an issue persists past the current release, it will remain on the Known Issues list (for example, if an issue discovered in 2H 2025 is not fixed until 1H 2026, it will appear on the 2H 2025 and 1H 2026 list).
