Symptom
When EPM add-in or Analysis Office are launched from BPC Web, a message displays:
"You must change your password.
Click on OK to open the Planning and Consolidation Web Portal in order to change your password or click on Cancel to abort the logon process."
However, when click OK, BPC Web does not prompt users with an expired password to change their password when SSO is enabled.
In T-code RZ11, parameter login/password_change_for_SSO is set to 0 but it is ignored.
