Symptom

This article provides information about receives compatibility message when the candidate tries to access New Employee Wizard/Candidate Paper Work using a mobile device.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

The mobile device used by the candidate is not supported.

Resolution

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding only supports Apple's Ipad and Ipad Pro.

Note

  • Outside Signing in DocuSign should be turned on.
  • Onboarding New Employee Wizard link is only available for Apple's Safari internet browser in an Ipad and Ipad Pro platform.
