2693542 - Exclusive Search for Accounts Returns Wrong Numbers

You are searching for an object such as Accounts using the Exclude function. The search result includes objects you expected to be excluded.

Our example is for the Account OWL + Sales Org field, however, the same is true for other exclude searches. 

1. Go to the Customers workcenter.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Open the Advanced Filters.
4. Open More Options for the field Sales Organisation.
5. Tick the But Exclude box.
6. Enter the Sales Org ABC (ABC stands for a Sales Organisation) and click OK.
7. Click Go.

Result: the search results return Accounts that have the Sales Org ABC maintained in the Sales Data.

The accounts also have Sales Org XYZ maintained in their Sales Data. That is why the Exclude search includes them in the results:

the constraint is false for Sales Org ABC but it is true for Sales Org XYZ.

This is the expected system behaviour.
