• An application error occurs when clicking on the pending To-Do item for interview feedback.
• Can we rate a candidate that has completed their interview but has been placed in a disqualified application status?

1. Log in to the system and try to complete a pending To-Do item for 'Provide interview feedback'
2. An error occurs

Candidates need to be rated while they are in an in progress status.

It is not currently possible to rate a candidate in interview central that has been disqualified in a requisition. If you would like to rate a disqualified candidate you will need to move them to an active status, for example New Application or Interview, rate them and then move them back to the disqualified status.

This is the current expected behavior. If you would like this behaviour changed, please submit an enhancement request as per KBA 2090228 - How to Submit Enhancement Requests for SAP SuccessFactors Products.

Additional note on this topic:

"Interview Assessments Outstanding" eMail trigger is currently being triggered also for a disqualified candidate.
This behaviour will change on b2011 Release,  outstanding interview assessment email will not be trigger if the candidate status is under WITHDRAW or CLOSED category.
