2693685 - Manage Templates - Country values for feature permissions

In Manage Templates there is the option to add countries to field permissions for the Application Template. Where does this list of countries come from?

1. Go to Manage Templates.
2. Select Application Template.
3. Click 'Field Permissions defined. Click to modify.'
4. See the country section and click the drop down list. 

The values in this country list come from the picklist file. All countries defined in the 'country' picklist will appear, as long as the value for en_US matches the name from ISO Country Guidelines.  If there is a country missing from this list you will need to add the country to the 'country' picklist. For example:
