Symptom

  • Error: 'The viewer could not process an event.' when refreshing a report based off a BEx Query in SAP BI LaunchPad.
  • After upgrading the SAP BW System to a higher version, reports based on SAP BW BEx Query fails in Crystal Reports.
  • Able to create new reports successfully off the same SAP BW BEx Query in Crystal Reports.
