2694209 - Error trying to connect to agent: java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: Unsupported secretkey algorithm: DES - SRS

After upgrading Data Assurance, there are issues with connecting to the Agent:

1. Cannot log into the agent using isql, no errors recorded to the Agent log:
    
   isql -Uda_admin -PXXX -Sdaagent
   CT-LIBRARY error:
           ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect
    
2. Try to test the connection from the dataserver on another system and errors are written to the agent log:
    
   test agent myserver_agent
   go
   
    RESULT
    ------
    Failed
   Could not connect to agent "myserver_agent" (rmi://10.123.45.678:4510);
   authentication failed.
    
   The errors in the myserver_agent log are:
   
   CONTAINER SecurityModule.a@46 #149 da_admin login failed
   CONTAINER SecurityModule.a@46 java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException: Unsupported secretkey algorithm: DES
