2694258 - Unassigned Approval Task

Approver is appearing in the  document, however he is not getting Approval Task,

 or

 tasks appear as unassigned tasks under Business Task Management work center.

 or

 Approver is getting some error while approving the document

SAP Business ByDesign

Approver does not have sufficient access right for the Approval Task to be assigned automatically.

1. Go to Application user management work center
2. Go to Business Task Management View
3. Select the respective unassigned task
4. At the bottom you can see Action Logs(if don't see Action log then click on determine assignment button)
5. Click on recent Action Log
6. You will see that User needs to have few work center views assigned (with write access if its MMA  related work centers)
7. Assign the same to that User
