On 19/APR/2018, the government of 'Swaziland' renamed itself to 'Eswatini' or 'Kingdom of Eswatini'. This is intended to prevent confusion with the similarly named country 'Switzerland'. The ISO 3166 code of this country will remain as 'SZ' and no changes were done in the region codes (ISO 3166-2).
