2694367 - OnboardingCandidateInfo Import Fails Because of an Invalid Date Format - Onboarding 1.0

Importing the OnboardingCandidateInfo fails with the following error in Monitor Job Status: Date format is invalid. Please provide a date with format yyyy-MM-dd.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HXM > Admin Center > Import and Export Data
2. Select the action to perform (Import Data)
3. Select Generic Object (OnboardingCandidateInfo) and choose the CSV file in your source folder
4. Confirm other attributes
5. Click Validate or Import button
6. Navigate back to Admin Center > Import and Export Data
7. Download the validated upload and check the last column where the validation error shows

 Date format not valid

In order to solve this, please ensure the import has the correct date format:

1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors HXM > Admin Center > Import and Export Data
2. Change the file's Hired Date with following format: yyyy-MM-dd
3. Change the file´s readyToHireDate with following format: MM/dd/yyyy
4. Select the action to perform (Import Data)
5. Select Generic Object (OnboardingCandidateInfo) and choose the CSV file in your source folder
6. Confirm other attributes
7. Click Validate or Import button
