2694533 - IBP: Description Attribute shows as ID-ID instead of ID-Description in Excel add-in

Symptom

You have configured the Description Attribute in a master data type. However in IBP Excel Add-In planning view, the Attribute ID and Attribute Description displays as ID-ID instead of ID-Description.
