Environment
On the host with the AS ABAP an SDA with version > 1.28 is installed. On the ABAP system ST-PI >= SP11 is deployed. The related roles must be generated by the configuration task GenerateMonitoringUserRoles task in advance.
Note: allow.user.role.add parameter is only available from SDA 1.67 onwards
