• When are Data Services extracts provided after a major release upgrade?
• When are Data Services extracts provided after a maintenance?
• Data Services Files are missing after an upgrade.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

During a major release upgrade this is the schedule that is followed on providing the extract files:

1. The day of the upgrade, the Delta/Key schedules are deactivated
2. The day after the upgrade, a Full job is scheduled and ran
3. Two days after the upgrade, the Delta/Key schedules are reactivated again and run as normal. The Delta/Key files will have the delta data since the Full file job run.

When there is maintenance, the Delta/Key files will be sent out as per normal schedule.

Note: If files were not received, please raise a case for Support to investigate.
