Symptom
A new catalog has been created and needs to be available for users.
Environment
SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions
Resolution
- After logging as LMS admin, navigate to Users > Assignment Profile;
- Search for the AP you would like to modify (the one that the users are included);
- Click on the ID from the search results to modify;
- Go to catalogs under the Related area;
- Click on the plus sign near to Catalogs;
- Search for the catalog you would like to add to the AP;
- Select it from the results by marking the add box;
- Click on the Add button on the top of the screen;
NOTE: The catalog will start to show up under the catalog tab, but will not be available for the users until the next synchronization. You can synchronize it manually, by clicking on Synchronize (under Actions menu) or wait for the next APM Assignment Profile Synchronization run (System Admin > Automatic Processes > Assignment Profile Synchronization)
