2695375 - Fiori Launchpad Shortcut will not open Port number is 0

The Fiori Launchpad has been configured. When using transaction /n/UI2/FLP the Launchpad is opened successfully but the following errors may be observed:

• When launching the Fiori Launchpad from the shortcut in the Favorites menu in the SAP Easy Access Menu, the port number of the destination URL is displayed as "0"
• The error "This site can’t be reached" is shown in Google Chrome  
• The error "This page can't be displayed" in Internet explorer
