2695500 - Unable to create a requisition from the position org chart, the user is not part of the recruiting group.

In position management I have a business rule that maps a primary operator field to the Login User. When I try to create a requisition from the position org chart I get the error "<User name>is not part of the recruiting group <Group Name> with index 0", but the user is a member of the recruiting group.

The Recruiting group name does not match the group name defined in the requisition template for that operator field.

One possible cause of this error is that the recruiting group name in "Manage Recruiting Groups" does not match the group name defined in the requisition template for that operator field. The group name could be spelt slightly different or there could be a space after the recruiting group name in either the requisition template or Manage Recruiting Groups. Matching the group names or removing the space at the end of the group name should fix the error.

Additionally, the role itself must be enabled for that Job Requisition Template in Manage Recruiting Team Settings, otherwise the error will occur.
