You are trying to sending out Campaigns with hyperlinks from surveys and the recipient is not receiving the hyperlink via e-mail.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Cause
The Campaign member is a corporate Account. Currently the system only supports sending surveys links to Business Partner that are persons: Individual Customers, Employees and Contacts.
Resolution
This is expected system behavior.
