2695680 - QI03, QA13: details of change documents cannot be displayed

• In transaction QI03 while clicking the 'Choose' button in popup 'Display Change Documents' the details of the change entry are not displayed.
• Nothing happens when trying to call change document details in transaction QI03.
• After system update the details of existing change documents cannot be opened for quality information record in transaction QI03.
   
  
   
• In transaction QA13 in 'Change History' it is not possible to display the details of any change entry.
