Symptom

SWPM startup fails with the errors below.

Unable to get handle to iamodell.so:

Cannot load module /tmp/sapinst_exe.210262.1536855096/syslib.so.

Dependent module libperfstat.a(shr_64.o) could not be loaded. 

Cannot load module libperfstat.a(shr_64.o).
System error: 
A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

Cannot load module /tmp/sapinst_exe.210262.1536855096/iamodell.so.
Dependent module /tmp/sapinst_exe.210262.1536855096/syslib.so could not be loaded.
