- When opening the CRM or Solution Manager Web UI, after selecting the Business role, the page fails to load, and error 'Service cannot be reached' is triggered
- The error states: The termination occurred in system with error code 404 and for the reason Not found.
- Also, when checking in the F12 Developer Tools, in the console tab, there is a 404 (Not found) error for a URL that contains uif_callback
