2695873 - No recruiting operators can see the requisition on the requisition overview page - Recruitment Management

Operators permissioned to do so are unable to view the Job Requisition in the recruiting dashboard.

1. Go to the Job Requisition Dashboard and operators are unable to find the Job Requisition
2. In report centre the Job Requisition appears but the report value for Job Title is blank

The requisition has no external or internal title.

Login or proxy as an operator of the requisition with write permissions for the internal and external job title fields and use a deep link to go to the requisition directly.

A Deep Link can be created for the Job Requisition ID using the following:

<SF Root URL>/sf/recruiting/jobreqsummary?reqid=<value>

For example:

DC33 Route URL is https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu (can be pulled from the home page URL)

So the URL for a given requisition is the following:

https://performancemanager5.successfactors.eu/sf/recruiting/jobreqsummary?reqid=123456789

To find an operator for the requisition please use either of the methods below:

Go to Reassign Job Requisition to view the assigned operators of the Job Requisition

OR

Create a Table report for Recruiting V2 Domain and use the column Job Requisition Operators with a filter for Job Requisition ID to pull the operators involved on the requisition.

NOTE: If there is multiple posting languages please ensure to maintain translations of the Internal and External Job Titles
