2695910 - Server failed to start Error: 33818168 Failed to map a locale name to an object id - SRS

• Replication server failed to start after the upgrade with the below error:
    
  FATAL ERROR #52 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - /servmain/servmain.c(2483) CS-Lib routine 'cs_locale' failed.
  INTERNAL ERROR #1029 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - /servmain/servmain.c(2483) CS-Library error: Error: 33818168, Severity 6 -- 'cs_locale: cslib user api layer: common library error: Failed to map a locale name to an object id!'.
  FATAL ERROR #18028 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - /servmain/servmain.c(342) Initialization failed. Server is shutting down.
     
• Replication server is configured to use sort order altdict
    
• In the existing Repserver install, have included the below entry under [collate] section in $SYBASE/config/objectid.dat 1.3.6.1.4.1.897.4.9.3.45 = altdict
       
• The new Replication Server install does not have the above altdict entry in objectid.dat.
