Symptom

Activate and open the Manage Purchase Order (F0842A) app. It is running as expected.

However, in the browser console the following error is observed: http(s)://<HOST>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/plm_ath_cres1/~299C63D852B49BCC6A63CE5725E92E6C~5/themes/sap_belize/library.css error : Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (NOT FOUND)
